Bob Odenkirk is a multi-award winning American comedian, writer, actor, director, and producer.
He is best known for his role as Saul Goodman, a corrupt lawyer, in AMC's crime drama series 'Breaking Bad
He is also well-known for the sketch-comedy series 'Mr. Show with Bob and David,' which he created and co-starred in with stand-up comedian David Cross.
Bob began his career as a radio comedian while still a student at the University of Illinois at Carbondale.
He later relocated to Chicago and began teaching improv workshops. He became a writer for the television show 'Saturday Night Live' in 1987.
He created the television series 'Tom Goes to the Mayor' for the comedian duo Tim & Eric.
Aside from that, he has directed three feature films, including the critically acclaimed 'Melvin Goes to Dinner' (2003), and has appeared in several others.
In 1989 and 1993, Bob Odenkirk received Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Writing for 'Saturday Night Live' and 'The Ben Stiller Show,' respectively.
