Kelly Ripa, 51, took a break from her show Live with Kelly and Ryan last week to embark on her first parents-only trip in over two decades.

"This is our first vacation in 25 years without children and parents," she told Ryan Seacrest on the show's July 5 episode.

She and her husband, Mark Consuelos, 51, went rock climbing with their three children, Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 19.

They celebrated their time away from the kids with massages and lengthy discussions.
